Brooks open second deli and wine bar in Mickleover

Wakebridge Estates are delighted to have assisted Brooks Deli and Wine Bar in opening their second venue at Station Road, Mickleover. We have been responsible for managing the overhaul and conversion of the former Finewood Studios furniture store which was purchased by our clients MHL Commercial in 2025 and has been subdivided into a range of commercial units. We are pleased to have negotiated planning and licensing approvals from Derby City Council and the venue is now a vibrant addition to the town, following on from Brook’s succesful first venture at Ockbrook, Derbyshire.
